HVAC Service Technician / Installer Pre-Interview Questionnaire

We are looking for qualified, experienced, and motivated Residential Service Technicians and Retrofit Installers.

With or Without your own truck or van.

You must have your own tools and R-410A gauges.

You must have R-22 and R-410A to at least start working.

We will pay you back for any refrigerant used on our jobs.

For Service Technicians we pay a heavy commission on the profit of each ticket as determined by the employer.

Stop working by the hour, and earn what you are worth!

Installers are paid "flat rate" on most jobs. For installers we can also pay CASH.

Sales Pros only need apply for Service Technician positions!

Our team players can make $4,500.00+ per week during busy runs (Based on your sales)!
